Shipment

Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver to Germany, the EU and selected other countries.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge the following flat rates for shipping abroad:

EU countries: €18.00
Switzerland: €25.00
USA: €37.99
Other countries (incl. United Kingdom, Norway, Canada, Australia, Japan): €24.29
Delivery times

The delivery time is stated for each item. Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, landing gear is delivered within 10 - 14 days, and accessories and all other items within 3 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
