To make installing our landing gear as easy as possible, we offer a matching former set.

It consists of the front main former and the rear former.

The main former is made of one layer of 8.0 mm beech multiplex. It already has the right geometry to accept our landing gear with the flange plates. These flange plates allow the landing gear to move within the former, so that either rubber dampers or our shock strut can be used at the rear. Four M4 brass inserts are already fitted in the former; the matching screws are supplied with the landing gear.

The rear former is made of one layer of 8.0 mm beech multiplex, with matching M6 brass T-nuts already fitted. The geometry fits the rubber damper mounting with up to three rubber dampers.
