Former set for SlimLine, scale 1:4.5, wheel 76 mm FES and Standard

To make installing our landing gear as easy as possible, we offer a matching former set.

It consists of the front main former and the rear former. The rear former is designed both for fixed mounting of the landing gear between two formers and for use with the rear rubber damper mounting.

The main former is made of one layer of 6.0 mm beech multiplex. It already has the right geometry to accept our landing gear. The geometry is designed so that the landing gear can move within the former, allowing the rubber dampers to be used at the rear. 2 M4 brass inserts are already fitted in the former; the matching screws are supplied with the landing gear.

The rear former is made of one layer of 6.0 mm beech multiplex, with matching M4 brass T-nuts already fitted. The geometry fits either the rubber damper mounting or fixed installation between the two formers.
